Landlord Agreement

The undersigned is the landlord (which hereafter shall be referred to as the Owner) of the property described below which from time to time is rented or leased to other tenants.

The Inman-Campobello Water District (which hereafter shall be referred to as the ICWD) provides water service to the property of the Owner.

The Owner and the ICWD hereby agree as follows:

1. The ICWD agrees that from the date service was established in the tenants name, the tenant shall be responsible for paying all water charges for service to the property, including monthly minimum charges.
2. The ICWD agrees that if a tenant notifies the ICWD to discontinue service on a given date, the ICWD will read and final bill the tenant for service through the discontinue service date. The water service shall not be disconnected and the account will be established in the Owner's name.
3. The Owner agrees that from the date service was established in his or her name, the Owner will be responsible for paying all water charges for service to the property, including monthly minimum charges.
4. The Owner of the property can request for the account to become inactive. It is the responsibility of the Owner to notify ICWD for such request. The account will remain inactive until the Owner requests the water to be turned back on or until a new tenant moves in.
5. The Owner agrees to pay a $30.00 new service fee for each service address or should the property consists of duplexes or quads the Owner agrees to pay a $30.00 new service fee for each duplex or quad.
