Due to the current data conversion, please note that bills sent out on 7/23/2024 via e-bill and postal mail do not reflect the correct previous payment amounts or the correct bill and due date. The current bill sent on 07/23/2024 is correct and due on 08/10/2024, but the final balance may not reflect a recent payment made on the account. This is because during conversion, payments were being accepted in both utility billing software modules and converted into the new system. Some of the conversion was done after the bills were generated. Additionally, all accounts have been issued new account numbers and must be updated on all payment methods to ensure payments are applied to the correct accounts. We appreciate your patience as we diligently work to complete conversion. We look forward to serving all of our valued customers soon with new and improved software to make all transactions with the ICWD more customer friendly.

In effort to improve service to our customers, the Inman-Campobello Water District (ICWD) is excited to announce that we will be upgrading our billing software during the month of July, 2024. The new software will provide customers with an improved self-service portal that brings more auto-payment options, improved web and phone payment system, and more!

While this conversion is taking place, we ask for your patience and grace during the transition. As with most improvements, there will be growing pains. For example, some customers will experience a slight shift in the number of days your bill will be based on. This will only occur once. Additionally, there will be a period of 1-2 days in July where we will not be able to process credit cards neither on the internet nor the phone. We will announce the exact dates on our website once these dates are known. Of course, no late charges or fees of any kind will be applied during these two days.
