Beginning June 15, 2020, please make note of the following changes to our business hours until further notice.

Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Friday 8:00 am - 11:00 am
NORMAL LATE AND NON-PAYMENT POLICIES RESUME
Beginning immediately ICWD will also resume charging late fees for water bills that are not received by the due date. ICWD will resume charging the non-payment fee and disconnecting service if the payment is not made within (5) five days from the date the bill was originally due.
All customers are encouraged to use all methods of payment, which include the following:
1 - Online Bill Payment (Account and phone # needed to access)
2 - Payment Drop Box (At the front and back of the building)
3 - Phone Payment (Account and phone # needed to access)
4 - Automatic Bank Draft (Drafts on original bills due date)
